This 28 ft by 10 ft prototype tiny house was designed and built entirely by the husband-and-wife team behind Martins Grehl (with the exception of the steel trailer). The sleek façade withstands the elements of a Northern climate with modern style, featuring a dark corrugated aluminum and shou sugi ban exterior. The light plywood interior exudes coziness and warmth, while maximizing a sense of space through openness and minimalist details. This structure was designed as a serene haven from which to appreciate the natural beauty of its site, encouraging contemplation and exploration.
